COMPLETING YOUR SFS LOAN REQUEST FORM

SFS is happy to offer two loan options for students attending an SFS program. Students may choose between either a zero-interest loan or a low-interest loan. Prior to completing the form below, please review the SFS Loans Information Sheet attached to your SFS Aid Award email. Complete the form below to indicate which loan you intend to use for your SFS program.

SFS loans must be repaid through monthly payments which begin one month after you return from your SFS program per the terms of the signed Promissory Note and payment schedule. All Promissory Notes must have a co-signer. Default on your loan may result in the requirement of full payment of the balance owed by you and your co-signer including the outstanding principal balance, late charges, any capitalized interest, collection fees, and the withholding of grades and transcripts.
