Directed Research has begun at the Center for Marine Resource Studies and students are diving into their research topics. We are excited to see all aquatic habitats of South Caicos being studied, from nearshore mangrove forests to seagrass meadows to the fringing coral reefs. Additionally, students completed a workshop series on recording nature documentaries and have begun filming for the project. Stay tuned for some great videos… (including footage of sharks and eagle rays!)
