After graduating I spent time working for a law firm before joining the Chesapeake Conservation Corps which completely changed my trajectory! I fell in love with environmental education and spent the next years as the Education Program Manager for the Maryland Coastal Bays Program.

When I moved to Montana I continued my pursuit of education in the summer camp realm. I love working with kids of all ages (from K to gray) and my passion is using the local environment to instill a sense of place and teach about local flora and fauna.

Favorite SFS Memory: I have so many amazing memories from my time with SFS, from taking tuk tuks into town to study to talking with community members about fishery use for my project! It was a once in a lifetime experience. I loved bonding with my cohort over family style meals and taking night swims to cool off after hot days of field work.
