I am a waste behavior scientist using my understanding of human behavior to inform waste design.

I am currently overseeing sustainability efforts in the dining halls at NYU, Juilliard, Pratt, Barnard, and George Washington University. My role ranges from reducing our food-related carbon emissions to conducting waste audits in our dining halls.
