I have lived in Alaska since 2012, working in fisheries and aquatic ecology with the State, consulting companies, and now the federal government with the US Environmental Protection Agency. I love to ski, raft, hunt, fish, and forage.

Favorite SFS Memory: So many! But most definitely the other students I was studying with was the highlight. We had an incredible cohort (who are now doing amazing things with their lives) and we all got along so well together.

Also, the underwater exams, petting a nurse shark, swimming out to a yacht, and getting to know community members. It was a life-changing experience for me.
