Profile

I am a science communicator and community engagement specialist with experience in higher education, non-profit, and government sectors. I have a Master of Science in Environmental Science from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology from Salisbury University.

I am deeply committed to promoting environmental literacy and justice, particularly within BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities. I believe that everyone deserves access to the knowledge and resources necessary to understand the environmental challenges we face and how those challenges can disproportionately affect marginalized populations.

Through my work, I strive to empower individuals and communities with information about sustainability, climate change, and the importance of protecting our natural resources. I recognize that environmental issues often intersect with social justice, and I am dedicated to addressing these systemic inequalities. By facilitating workshops, creating educational materials, and collaborating with community leaders, I aim to raise awareness and encourage action on behalf of those who have historically been left out of the conversation.
