Hiring Timeline

The majority of SFS field positions adhere to an academic calendar. Our new hires typically start in late January and late August.  During these peak application periods, we are reviewing a large number of candidates for multiple positions and it is possible that the process could take two to three months.  We strive to make our hiring decisions as quickly as possible. At any point in the hiring process, we are happy to give a candidate an update on their application status. Please email us at jobs@fieldstudies.org if you have any questions.
