Application Process

Before applying

If possible, connect with a student who has completed an SFS program; contact SFS Admissions ([email protected]) for a list of student ambassadors and check with your study abroad office to connect with SFS alumni on your campus;

  • Review each section below and follow these links to learn more about SFS program costs and financial aid opportunities.

application timeline

SFS applications open one year before the program start date. We work on a rolling admissions basis, reviewing applications as they are completed. Therefore, you are encouraged to apply early, as programs often reach capacity before their official deadline.

You will also need to complete a separate application through your campus study abroad office.
