Faculty Profile
I am an environmental anthropologist and educator with a passion for nature conservation. My research spans political ecology, environmental history, indigenous peoples’ spirituality, ethnoecology, environmental justice, and human-environment relations. My current research and teaching interests include the human dimensions of endangered species conservation, the anthropology of climate change, the cultural and political aspects of indigenous peoples, and indigenous environmental knowledge and practices. In my free time, I enjoy playing table tennis and chess.
