Hello! I am Sophie Love and am the Health and Wellness Manager for SFS Croatia – Center for the Conservation of Marine Megafauna. From Washington State, I have a keen love for the outdoors and like to spend my free time hiking and bird watching. I attended Whitman College where I graduated with a Bachelors in Environmental Studies – Biology. In undergrad, I was an active member of my college’s outdoor program and studied abroad with SFS Tanzania – Center for Wildlife Management. Since graduating, I have worked for the United States Fish and Wildlife Service surveying freshwater fish species but have spent the last two years as a Health and Wellness Manager for SFS Australia – Center for Rainforest Studies. What I like most about my job is the opportunity to guide students through their study abroad experience and share in the exhilaration of field research and environmental stewardship.

My personal interests include bird watching, baking, hiking, and beating my students in card games.
